This Week on Provocatalk

I suppose there are far worse ways to wake up than waking up thinking "Oh my God, what did I say on the Internet Radio Show last night?????" And after listening to the rebroadcast of the Trish and Ally Provocatalk Show, originally aired on Tuesday March 11th, I suppose it wasn't "that" bad...Still, I woke up with that feeling for the first time in a long, long time...

And I kinda liked it!

You may notice that we've changed the name of the show from the former name (which I won't mention) to the new name, Provocatalk. Having launched over 100 websites, and at $1000+ a pop to do the thorough research to make sure that a new site name does not infringe on anyone's trademarks, I usually don't have the trademark research done. I am fairly familiar with the online adult Internet, so I'm usually pretty cautious to stay away from anything that *might* infringe on anyone's trademark. But with the talk radio program, I am hoping that some day it will become big enough to need to be trademarked, so I had shot over the name and slogan to our attorney to start the trademark process.

And what do you know - there was a conflict, oh no!

So since it had been only 3 weeks since we launched the talk radio show project, we just decided to change the name and keep things simple. After Tuesday Night's show I had been in our chatroom chatting with some late night post-show stragglers, and one of them had commented on the "provocative" nature of Tuesday's show. It was the following day that I got the call from the attorney telling me of the potential trademark issue with the former name, and I told him okay we'll change it, I'll think of something. Within minutes, I had an email off to him with the subject line "I've got it!"

Provocatalk is actually more fitting for what we've ended up doing with the talk show medium. Yes there is some sexy and graphic talk, but quite often our show callers lead the conversation in a direction that is more provocative and controversial and heated than sexy - and that is fine with me!

Two Months!

Thursday Afternoon Updates

Ms Hannah is so smart! We've been researching ways to organize call in shows and two-Mistress shows on XXX Radio: Cock Radio since before we launched the adult radio station. There are those who think that I may have delusions of grandeur...

And then there are those who know that I do.
